        Nu prea am avut vreme de blog astazi, au venit niste prieteni la noi, asa ca m-am gandit sa va arat o reteta foarte buna de spaghetti pe care am facut-o zilele acestea.

        Aveti nevoie de spaghetti, eu am folosit cam o jumatate de punga, o conserva de rosii taiate bucati, masline dupa gust, sunca la fel dupa gust, ceapa, condimente (oregano, chilli, busuioc, sare, piper). Prima data se caleste ceapa, se adauga sunca, sosul de rosii. Dupa ce fierbe putin sosul de rosii cu celelalte ingrediente am adaugat maslinele si condimentele, iar apoi am turnat toata compozitia peste pastele fierte. Imi place sa adaug cascaval peste ele, mi se pare ca le da un gust mult mai bun. Se mai pot pune si ciuperci, putin usturoi. Sunt foarte light, fara prea multe calorii, chiar daca sunt paste si gustul e foarte bun.

        I didn’t have a lot of time for blogging today, some friends came by, so I wanted to show you a nice spaghetti recipe I cooked some days ago.

       You need spaghetti, I used half of the bag, a can of diced tomatoes, olives (I used green ones), ham, oninon, spices (oregano, chilli, salt, pepper, basilicum). First you cook the onions, after that you add ham and the tomatoes. After the sauce is boiling you add the olives and spices and after that you pour the composition over the boiled spaghetti. I like to add cheese, they taste better. You can also add mushrooms, garlic if you like. They are very light for a pasta recipe and they taste very good.

        Macho was thrilled and ate some, so I wanted to show you how he eats them😀.
