In Olanda sunt reduceri in cea mai mare partea a anului. Imi amintesc cand mergeam in mall-urile clujene, in perioada reducerilor si plecam dezamagita aproape tot timpul. Cum am promis ieri voi posta restul pozelor.
In the central commercial area of Rotterdam you can find anything in matter of clothes, accessories, perfumes, cosmetics, books, electronics, at the most affordable prices. One can find famous retail stores, but also some dutch brands, not that known at an international level. The main difference between the romanian stores and the dutch ones are the SALES, every girls dream. In Netherlands one can find sales all year long. The stores can have sales only for some products, or overall sales depending on the period of the year (Easter, spring, autumn, Christmas, New Year). I remember when I was visiting the shopping malls from my hometown, in the sale period, and almost everytime I was leaving disappointed. They didn’t have my size, or they didn’t have interesting products, or the sales were too small. Yesterday, for example, a lot of stores had sales, even 70% from the initial price. Though theoretical the winter passed, you can’t say that spring is here. Today, in my hometown, Cluj Napoca, it snowed and here were around 4-5 degrees Celsius, so I was really glad when I found a pair of ankle boots reduced 60%. I was looking for a while for that type, with heels and laces and studs. It was the last pair and it was 37, my number (I am convinced that they were quietly waiting for me in the store). Because it’s still cold outside they are perfect for this kind of weather. As I promised yesterday here are the rest of the pictures.
The main commercial street from Rotterdam it’s called Lijnbaan. It was opened in 1953, as the main walking street from the new commercial area of Rotterdam. The old commercial area, as well as a big part of the city, was destroyed during the second world war.
